The MMS enema might be as effective as intravenous infusions since both methods dump MMS into the plasma of the blood as well as the red blood cell. This is the opinion of several biologists and scientists who have studied the enema method. Otherwise taking MMS by mouth generally delivers the chlorine dioxide to the red blood cells (only) from the stomach and intestines. 3 drops of MMS + 3 drops of activator (MMS type 1:1) in a normal cup, wait 1 minute, until it changes color to amber and then add hot water. Mix with 2 l of warm and do the enema with an irrigator. Hold it in for 3 minutes.
